In case you are arriving from North the motorway exit is Firenze Impruneta, then take the motorway Firenze-Siena to Monteriggioni, then turn onto the SR2 towards Siena for about 9 Km. When you arrive in locality Il Ceppo turn right onto Pian del Lago Street and then immediately right into Strada di Riciano. Continue for 800 m and then take the street of the Villa on your left. Continue straight on for another 800 m to the junction with the private dirt road right next to the red mail boxes. Walk the dirt road for 400 m and you will find our property on your right.

If you arrive from the South the motorway exit is Valdichiana, then take the highway Siena Bettolle in direction of Florence. Exit at Siena Nord, turn right and at the roundabout turn right again onto the SR2 Cassia Road towards Monteriggioni. After about 4 Km, when you arrive in locality Il Ceppo, turn left onto Pian del Lago Street and then immediately right into Strada di Riciano. Continue for 800 m and then take the Villa's road on the left. Continue straight on for another 800 m to the junction with the private dirt road right next to the red mail boxes. Continue for 400 meters and then you will find our structure on your right.
